Trans Alliance Poti LLC, an international transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
** Organize and coordinate international and domestic freight transportation;
** Prepare, complete, and process CMR consignment notes and other international transport documents;
** Manage, maintain, and archive transportation documentation;
** Monitor container and cargo transportation processes;
** Communicate with clients, carriers, terminals, and business partners on a daily basis;
** Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and efficiently;
** Maintain records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
** Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or the transportation industry is preferred;
** Knowledge of CMR documentation and international transport documentation will be considered an advantage;
** Good command of Georgian and Russian is required; English will be considered an advantage;
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook
** Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail;
** Good communication and negotiation skills;
** Ability to work effectively in a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
