ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
** Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, weddings, and social functions.
** Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure successful delivery.
** Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
** Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
** Ensure proper setup of banquet halls, including décor, seating, and equipment.
** Monitor event service to ensure quality, timing, and presentation standards are met.
** Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
** Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
** Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
** Previous experience in banquet operations or Food & Beverage, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
** Strong leadership and team management skills.
** Excellent organizational and event planning abilities.
** Strong communication and customer service skills.
** Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
** Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
** Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
** Fluent in Georgian and English.
