AACI Georgia announces vacancy: Physical Environment Surveyor
Qualification Requirements:
** A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Facility Management, Life Safety / Fire Safety, or Biomedical Engineering (preferred)
** Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
** At least 2 years of experience within healthcare facilities or healthcare infrastructure
** Knowledge of healthcare facility infrastructure and engineering systems
** Knowledge of Life Safety Code / Fire Safety
** Knowledge of Emergency Preparedness, Medical Equipment Management, and HAZMAT safety
** Professional working proficiency in English
Key Responsibilities:
** Conduct assessments of healthcare facilities` physical environments in accordance with international accreditation standards
** Evaluate infrastructure, engineering systems, and safety compliance
** Assess fire safety and life safety systems
** Identify technical and environmental risks
** Evaluate medical equipment management systems
** Conduct on-site inspections and prepare professional assessment reports in English
