Evolvexe is announcing a vacancy for the position of German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist for an international project.
The Customer Service Specialist will act as a mediator, providing customers with information about products and services, answering their questions, and assisting them in resolving product-related issues quickly and efficiently. To succeed in this role, the specialist must remain calm and professional in all situations and possess skills in using personal computers and relevant software. The specialist must be fluent in both spoken and written German. The work will be performed from Tbilisi.
Responsibilities:
** Processing customer requests via phone and email/writing.
** Providing comprehensive advice and clarifying customer inquiries.
** Communicating with supervisors, staying informed about updates, and receiving feedback.
Requirements:
** High-level proficiency in German (C1), both spoken and written.
** High-level proficiency in using a personal computer and fast typing.
** Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
