Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics sales
Languages: Fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian.
Professional Skills
** Experience in cold calling and lead generation
** Strong presentation and negotiation skills (online and offline)
** Experience preparing commercial offers
** Reach and negotiate with Key Decision Makers
** Managing accounts receivable
** Knowledge of business communication and etiquette
** Understanding of international logistics process
** Tenders participating experience (preparing documents and price offers, monitoring results)
** Mentoring and training new employees
Key Responsibilities
** Independently build and develop a client base
** Make cold calls and generate new leads
** Conduct meetings and presentations with new clients
** Represent the company at exhibitions and business events
** Prepare and send commercial proposals
** Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify new opportunities
** Manage accounts receivable
** Maintain accurate client data in CRM / accounting systems
** Prepare sales reports and performance summaries
