Telmico LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Programmer.
Key Responsibilities
** Provide technical support for the billing system software.
Programmer Ensure stable operation and provide technical support for the billing system database.
** Develop and implement low- to medium-complexity enhancements to the billing system.
** Participate in billing system development and optimization initiatives.
** Integrate billing system development and deployment services with other internal/external services.
** Evaluate and assess software packages and tools.
** Analyze internal business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
** Plan and organize programming tasks and development work.
Required Qualifications
** 2+ years of professional experience as a programmer.
** 2+ years of experience with Java.
** Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
** Hands-on experience with Hibernate (ORM).
** Solid SQL knowledge and practical experience with JDBC.
** Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle).
** Experience using Git for version control (GitHub/GitLab).
** Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
** Higher education in Information Technology or another technical field.
** Knowledge of Jmix and/or Angular.
** Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
** Experience working with billing systems.
** Experience in the energy/utility domain.
** Understanding of API architecture and RPC concepts.
** A visible portfolio (e.g., GitHub) with well-maintained projects and/or meaningful open-source contributions.
** Strong version-control discipline: clear commit messages, small focused commits, and clean branching/PR practices.
