KPI Studios (an international studio specializing in premium-class design and renovation) is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Project Manager (Premium Renovation and Design Sector).
About the Position:
Managing design and renovation projects from initiation to completion. Overseeing timelines, budgets, quality, and communication among all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
** Full project cycle management: planning (Gantt/Notion/CRM), budgeting, and cost estimation.
** Daily communication with clients, designers, site managers, and contractors.
** Quality control on project sites, problem-solving, and risk minimization.
** Maintaining project documentation and preparing regular reports.
Candidate Requirements:
** At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in renovation, construction, or design.
** Proficiency in computer programs (CRM, Excel, project planning tools).
** Strong analytical thinking, stress resilience, and leadership skills.
** Knowledge of Russian and English for communication with clients and contractors.

** Full-time position (Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00), office/hybrid format (Tbilisi/Batumi, with occasional on-site visits).
