Silk Cloud is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Product Technical Support Specialist.
Team/Department: Digital Services Team / Technical Operations
Reporting To: Head of Technical Operations - Giorgi Kveselava

Key Responsibilities:
** Technical and administrative management of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 products
** Reporting on completed work
** Identification and elimination of technical defects
** High level of knowledge of general principles of technical support
** Ensuring smooth and smooth operation of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
** Integration and support of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 systems, in compliance with relevant policies
** Performing other technical or software work as assigned by the immediate supervisor
** Remote interaction with corporate clients (and visits if necessary) to resolve technical issues
** Knowledge and sharing of all news around the Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 product with the B2B team
** Introduction and technical study of various digital services and products
** Organising the payment process.
Key Requirements:
** Education level - Higher/Bachelor`s degree
** Work programs: Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook
** Experience with Microsoft Partner Centre and Google Partner Hub
** Language: Georgian and English
** Necessary regulatory documentation Company`s internal regulations; Internal processes of the Technical Development and Planning Department.
