We are looking for Engineering Supervisor Reporting to Maintenance Manager.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
** Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on all systems in the hotel;
** Responsible for implementing the Preventive Maintenance Plan defined by the Maintenance Manager;
** Day by day monitors the smooth running of the maintenance and servicing areas. Regularly checks the technical installations to prevent, alert, intervene on any malfunction;
** Intervenes daily to ensure an optimal level of quality for our guests as well as for the other services of the establishment;
** Advise on the intervention needs of external service providers, and follow their interventions;
** Develop corrective action plans, implement them and monitor them, including following mandatory controls and safety commissions;
** Optimize energy consumption, by monitoring this consumption and by proposing improvement actions;
** Manage the stocks of technical equipment within the set budget;
** Supervise and organize the work of a team of technicians;
Requirements:
** Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar position, preferably in the Upper Upscale/Luxury environment, International Hotel Chain;
** Knowledge of electricity (low and high voltage), heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing;
** Good command of Georgian and English languages;
** Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal;
** Knowledge of MS Office.
