Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies in the international logistics sector, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and develop new business opportunities
** Manage existing client portfolio and maintain strong, long-term relationships
** Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
** Prepare commercial offers and negotiate with clients
** Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments
** Generate and manage sales-related reports
Qualifications & Skills:
** Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding sales (preferred)
** Strong communication and negotiation skills
** Ability to work collaboratively within a team
** Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
