Evolvexe is hiring a Remote French and English-Speaking Support Representative to work on an international project.
The representative will act as a liaison, providing information about products and services, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise with customer products—ensuring accuracy and efficiency. To excel in this role, the representative must remain calm and professional in all situations and possess strong computer skills. A high level of proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is required.

Responsibilities:

** Providing comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries;
** Communicating with the Supervisor, providing updates and receiving feedback.
Requirements:
** Proficiency (C1) in both spoken and written French and English;
** Strong computer skills and excellent typing abilities;
** Ability to work flexible shifts.
