The educational university Bau International University, Batumi LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Exam Centre Specialist.

The content of the work is as follows:
** Composing and adjusting exam schedules, periodic monitoring;
** Monitoring the timely reflection of academic performance results in the electronic system;
** Monitoring the timely uploading of syllabus issues and educational materials to the electronic management platform by academic personnel;
** Monitoring examination sessions, drawing up schedules;
** Distribution of students to clinical bases;
** Organizing school council meetings;
** Participating in the laboratory process when conducting educational and scientific work;
** Researching and assessing the material and technical needs of the laboratory and the Clinical Skills Center and provided relevant information to the Dean.
** Exercising other powers provided for by the internal normative acts of the educational university and/or based on the goals of the educational process manager.
The main qualifications and requirements are:
** Higher education: preferably in the direction of healthcare/medicine/natural sciences;
** Work experience: in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
** Proficiency in English: not less than B2 level;
** Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office.
Place of work: Batumi (Fridon Khalvashi St. N237)
Working hours: full-time (if necessary, Saturdays as well)
Number of Vacant positions: One
Trial period: 4 months
Remuneration: 1500 GEL without tax obligations.
