Role Overview:
As a sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales for international logistics services—focusing on air, marine (sea), and land shipments. You will manage a small team, develop client relationships, and ensure revenue targets are achieved through strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.

Experience Required: 2 Years (preferably in international freight sales)
Key Responsibilities:
** Generate and convert leads for international shipments (air, sea, and land).
** Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
** Supervise and support a small team of sales executives.
** Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
** Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
** Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
** Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
** Bachelor`s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
** Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales.
** Proven track record in selling international air, sea, and land shipments.
** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to lead a team.
** Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and global shipping procedures.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
