Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Development
** Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and support the bank`s overall marketing objectives
** Create high-quality content for various digital channels, including the bank`s website, blog, social media platforms, email newsletters, and marketing collateral, to educate and inform corporate clients
Digital Marketing Optimization
** Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the bank`s digital properties, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies
** Manage the bank`s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement, to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with corporate clients
Analysis of digital marketing activities
** Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of content and digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
** Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps, industry trends, and opportunities for thought leadership, and use insights to inform content strategy and planning
Industry Knowledge and Compliance
** Stay up-to-date with industry developments, digital marketing trends, and best practices, and leverage new technologies and tools to enhance the bank`s digital presence and competitive advantage
** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines in all content and digital marketing activities, maintaining the bank`s reputation for integrity and professionalism
Qualifications Required:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus
** Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
** Languages: Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; Knowledge of English language at least C1-Advanced level;
** Technical Knowledge and Skills: Proven track record of creating compelling content across digital channels that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports business objectives; Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms;
Skills and Competencies Required:
** Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content
** Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
** Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
** Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
