A boutique wine bar and shop is looking for a chef.
Location: Ivane Javakhishvili Street, Tbilisi
Working Hours: 13:00 AM-10:00 PM
Schedule: 2 days working / 2 days off
Salary: GEL 1200 per month
Key Responsibilities:
** Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu.
** Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
** Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
** Monitor food inventory and communicate stock requirements.
** Comply with all food safety and health regulations.
** Assist in developing seasonal and wine-pairing menu items.
Requirements:
** Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, café, wine bar, or similar establishment.
** Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
** Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy periods.
** Knowledge of Georgian and/or European cuisine is an advantage.
** Basic English is an advantage.
