IT Business Analyst
Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support the development of CRM, bonus, and player engagement features across our iGaming products.
In this role, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, align stakeholders, and work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has strong iGaming experience, understands CRM and bonus mechanics, and can effectively bridge business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
** Gather and analyze product initiatives and user stories provided by the Product Manager.
** Analyze requirements for new features, identifying risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and edge cases.
** Formalize and structure requirements according to established standards.
** Document user flows, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
** Decompose large user stories into smaller deliverables when necessary.
** Facilitate feature presentation and discussion sessions with development teams.
** Ensure a shared understanding of business logic and functional requirements across stakeholders.
** Finalize requirements based on discussions with stakeholders and development teams.
** Transfer approved requirements to the project team for implementation.
** Support feature implementation by clarifying requirements and answering team questions throughout the development process.
** Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
** Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, requirement documentation standards, and product workflows.
Requirements
** Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the iGaming, Betting, or Gambling industry.
** Strong understanding of CRM systems and bonus mechanics in iGaming products.
** Experience integrating third-party platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, OneSignal, Sportsbook, or similar solutions.
** Solid understanding of wagering mechanics, player balances, and bonus structures across different GEOs.
** Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
** Strong experience documenting user scenarios, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
** Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements proactively.
** Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
** Proficient in English (Russian would be a plus)
