Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Full-Time / On-Site)

Role Description:

We`re looking for a Content & Organic Growth Manager to fully own our content calendar — from strategy to execution. That means not just creating posts, but organizing shoots, scouting locations, managing deadlines, building relationships with influencers, and growing our organic presence across platforms.

If you`re someone who can plan a content month, show up to a shoot, write the caption, post it, reply to the comments, understand how organic traffic is built, and then check the analytics — this role is for you.

What You`ll Own:

** Content Calendar - End to End
** Build and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
** Coordinate all moving parts: locations, team availability, shoot schedules, and deadlines.
** Scout locations and props for photo and video shoots in and around Tbilisi.
** Brief and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers.
** Handle simple content (stories, quick posts, reels) independently when needed.
** Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
** Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow.

Organic Traffic & SEO:

** Grow organic reach across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
** Write blog articles optimized for search (basic SEO + AI-assisted workflows).
** Manage email marketing campaigns.
** Identify and test new channels for organic growth: forums, communities, niche platforms, and review sites.
** Track what works and double down on it.

Community & Influencer Management:

** Respond to comments and DMs — fast, friendly, and on-brand.
** Build and nurture an engaged community across all channels.
** Find, reach out to, and manage collaborations with local and regional influencers.
** Support lead generation through organic engagement and conversations.

Analytics & Reporting:

** Monitor content performance across all channels.
** Prepare monthly reports highlighting what worked, what didn`t, and what`s next.
** Stay on top of local trends and competitor activity in the Georgian market.

What We`re Looking For

Must-Haves:

Location: Ability to work on-site in our Tbilisi office.
Languages: Fluent in Georgian and English (Russian is a strong plus).
Experience: 1.5+ years managing social media or content for a brand or agency.
Coordination Skills: Experience coordinating shoots; you know how to organize people, places, and timelines.
Camera Readiness: Comfortable on camera and able to appear in content (reels, stories, interviews) when needed.
Data-Driven: Ability to track and interpret key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, organic conversion, CAC, churn rate, retention, LTV).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow.
Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Work Ethic: Self-organized, proactive, and accountable for results.

Nice-to-Haves:

** Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
** Experience working with Georgian or regional influencers.
** Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Reels, etc.).
** Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
** Understanding of basic SEO/ASO principles.
