TRANSCHAIN SOLUTIONS INC, a U.S.-based transportation company, is currently seeking an English-speaking Night Shift Dispatcher from Georgia to coordinate transportation operations and manage client orders.
Job Details:
** Schedule: Monday to Friday: 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM (2 days on / 2 days off)
** Weekends: 4:00 PM - 01:00 AM
** Location: Remote
** Salary: 1000-2500 GEL (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities:
** Communicate professionally and effectively with drivers and clients
** Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery
** Manage phone calls and email correspondence
** Receive, process, and organize client orders
Qualifications:
** Strong communication and organizational skills
** Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
** High level of responsibility and attention to detail
** Advanced English proficiency
** Personal computer or laptop
** Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment
Additional Information
Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Selected applicants will participate in a two-week unpaid internship at the company`s office (Tbilisi) designed to prepare them for the role.
