Call for National Facilitator - Team Building & Effective Workplace Collaboration Workshop

The ASB Regional Office Caucasus is seeking a qualified national facilitator to support the delivery of a three-day interactive workshop focused on strengthening teamwork, communication, accountability, workplace collaboration, and staff resilience within humanitarian operations.
The workshop will bring together humanitarian field and support staff working in programme implementation, logistics, coordination, administration, and operational support functions in high-pressure working environments.

Workshop Details

** Location: Surami, Georgia
** Dates: 8-11 June 2026
** Participants: Approximately 15-25 staff members
** Working Language: English
** Expected Facilitation Load: Approximately 12 training hours across the workshop duration
Applicants are encouraged to consider the expected facilitation load when preparing their proposed methodology and financial proposal.

Scope of Work

The selected facilitator will be responsible for:

** Facilitating approximately 12 hours of participatory workshop sessions throughout the workshop;
** Leading interactive sessions on:
- teamwork and trust-building,
- communication and collaboration,
- accountability and coordination,
- conflict management,
- stress management and resilience;
** Delivering practical group exercises, simulations, and reflection activities;
** Providing a brief post-workshop summary highlighting key observations, outcomes, and recommendations.

Facilitator Profile

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

** Minimum 5 years of professional experience in humanitarian, development, organizational development, HR, psychosocial support, or related fields;
** At least 2 years of proven facilitation, training, or workshop moderation experience;
** Practical understanding of humanitarian field operations and team dynamics;
** Strong skills in participatory facilitation, group management, and communication;
** Experience facilitating team-building, conflict management, workplace collaboration, or staff wellbeing sessions is considered an asset;
** Ability to facilitate dynamic and interactive sessions in English;
** Experience working with multicultural teams and operational staff is highly desirable.
