Technical Recruiter (100% Remote)

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
** At least 2 years of experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
** Proven experience hiring for engineering or other technical roles is strongly preferred
** Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
** Solid understanding of technical roles, tech stacks, and hiring trends
** Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
** Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, or Computer Science)
** Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
Responsibilities:
** Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product)
** Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
** Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit
** Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
** Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure recruitment metrics are properly tracked and reported
