CitiVolt is a commercial electricity supplier operating in Georgia`s liberalised energy market — a company built for the next generation of energy trading.
We are looking for a talented, driven lawyer to grow with us from the ground up.
Who We Are:
CitiVolt supplies electricity to commercial customers, structuring deals across the full value chain — from power plants to end users. We work at the intersection of energy regulation, investment, and commercial law. We believe Georgia`s energy sector needs fresh legal thinking, and we want to build that together.
The Role:
This is not a conventional in-house position. Alongside core transactional work — drafting and reviewing contracts with power plants, customers, and counterparties — we expect the right candidate to:
** Analyse legal structures for renewable energy investments and identify opportunities;
** Develop new legal products and solutions tailored to our clients` and partners` evolving needs;
** Think creatively and strategically — not just solving problems, but anticipating them.
Requirements:
** Law degree from a top Georgian law school, or graduating this summer (Class of 2025 welcome);
** Fluent English — it is a working language of the role;
** Additional language skills are an advantage;
** Genuine interest in energy, commercial, or investment law — experience is not required, curiosity is;
** Open-minded, independent and capable of taking responsibility.
What We Offer:
** Salary: GEL 1, 500/month to start — the ceiling for an ambitious individual is unmeasurable;
** Office: Axis Towers, Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi;
** A small, high-calibre team working at the intersection of energy, law, and business;
** Real responsibility and real impact from day one.
How to Apply:
Send your CV and a short cover letter to mail@citivolt.ge with the subject line "Lawyer — CitiVolt", then complete the assessment below. Applications without the assessment will not be reviewed.
