Join us! - we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of Demand planning supervisor with duty station in Tbilisi.
Main Purpose
Responsible for Demand Planning processes for finished goods for Caucasus markets in order to achieve annual sales targets for each category, successful execution of marketing strategies, improvement of efficiency of business decision making, while acting in the framework of appropriate policies, procedures, agreements with customers and the company`s budget.
Key Responsibilities
** Manage end-to-end demand planning processes, including data preparation, baseline forecasting, forecast enrichment, and performance review in line with established procedures
** Develop and maintain short-term demand forecasts (16 weeks horizon), ensuring alignment with business targets and market dynamics
** Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to incorporate key demand drivers (promotions, NPD launches, seasonality) into forecasts
** Lead regular Demand Review and Demand & Supply Control meetings, ensuring alignment between demand and supply, clear decisions, and actionable plans
** Support monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes and ensure consistency between short-term and long-term forecasts ("one set of numbers")
** Monitor forecast accuracy through KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement actions
** Ensure effective use and maintenance of main forecasting tool, including data quality control and issue resolution
** Build strong collaboration with distributors and partners to enhance joint demand planning processes
** Prepare and maintain demand planning reports, ensuring visibility of risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
** Participate in cross-functional and CoE initiatives, adopting best practices and driving improvements in demand planning processes
** Provide training and support to users, contributing to capability development within the Demand Planning team
Candidate profile:
** High education preferably in economics, business or related fields
** 3+ years of supply chain planning experience
** High level of knowledge & understanding of the E2E systems & processes.
** Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs.
** Understanding the links between production plans, plant AOP`s, productivity initiatives and customer service.
** Strong communication / facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites, being Flexible approach to achieving the collective aims.
** Fluent in Georgian and English languages
