Bravo Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in the crypto or international casino industry and enjoy delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment, we`d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
** Provide professional, friendly, and efficient support via live chat, email, and other channels
** Assist players with account-related inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and technical issues
** Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience
** Escalate and follow up on complex issues with internal teams
** Maintain high standards in response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
** Stay up to date with company features, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements:
** 1-2 years of experience in customer support within crypto, fintech, or iGaming industries
** Solid understanding of online casinos, crypto payments, and basic blockchain concepts
** Excellent written English communication skills
** Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
** Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
** Comfortable working with support tools (live chat systems, ticketing platforms, CRM tools)
** Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Working Schedule:
** 4 shifts per week (8 hours each)
** 2 night shifts: 00:00 - 08:00 (fully remote)
** 2 day shifts: either 08:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 00:00
** Day shifts are office-based on weekdays, and remote on weekends or public holidays
