About the Company:

Location: Batumi, Georgia
Working hours: Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week / flexible)
Salary: Based on experience (hourly or fixed depending on agreement)
Key Responsibilities:
** Film and produce high-quality video content for real estate properties
** Create property tours, promotional videos, and short-form content
** Plan and execute on-site shoots (interior, exterior, drone if applicable)
** Edit videos optimized for social media, ads, and website
** Work closely with marketing and sales teams to highlight property features
** Ensure high production quality and consistency
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience
** Strong filming and editing skills
** Experience in real estate or lifestyle content is a plus
** Strong visual storytelling ability
** Ability to work independently
** Fluency in English
