We are looking for a motivated and proactive B2B Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing business relationships and generating new opportunities within the primarily Georgian and international market.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and approach potential corporate clients in Georgia
** Sell software development and IT outsourcing services to local businesses
** Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (C-level, managers)
** Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
** Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposal → closing
** Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand and match client needs
** Maintain and update sales pipeline
Requirements:
** 2+ years of experience in sales in a tech company (mandatory)
** Experience in B2B sales within the Georgian market
** Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
** Ability to independently manage client relationships and sales process
** Understanding of IT / software services is a strong advantage
** Fluent Georgian and fluent English
