Position: Director of Food & Beverage
JOB SUMMARY:
Le Méridien Batumi is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations, including culinary, restaurants, bars, and room service. This role ensures exceptional guest experience, strong team performance, brand compliance, and achievement of financial goals through strategic planning and operational excellence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
** Lead and oversee all food & beverage operations
** Drive guest satisfaction, service quality, and brand standards
** Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
** Develop and execute the F&B business plan
** Lead, coach, and engage high-performing teams
** Ensure compliance with food safety laws and company policies
Education and Experience:
** High school diploma or 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR
** 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
