About Us:
We are a fast-growing company in the online gambling industry, delivering innovative casino and sports betting products across global markets. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project team and contribute to the successful execution of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
** Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
** Assist in day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams
** Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, tech, compliance)
** Contribute to defining project tasks, timelines, and priorities
** Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
** Monitor project status and proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers
** Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
** Support the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
Requirements:
** 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles
** Basic understanding of project management processes and workflows
** Strong organizational and time-management skills
** Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
** Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
** Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
** Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
** Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
** Intermediate or higher level of English
** Experience in the online gambling industry is a plus, but not required.
