Treimax Georgia is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager.
Our Company was founded in 2011. The company`s main activities are ventilation, air-conditioning & heating systems sales and after-sales maintenance. In Georgia, the company is an authorised distributor of brands: Trane, Eurapo, Hiref - brands that hold leading positions in each segment.
Location: Tbilisi;
Compensation: Fixed salary + bonus;
Employment type: Full-time (Monday to Friday).
Sales Manager Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales;
** Education: Degree in Business or related field;
** English language proficiency - B2 level;
** Computer skills (MS Office);
** Strong communication and negotiation skills;
** Ability to work independently and within a team;
** Experience in the engineering field will be considered as an advantage.
** Driver`s license is required.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
** Identify and approach potential clients;
** Conduct meetings with prospective customers;
** Negotiate terms and close deals;
** Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients;
** Prepare and deliver sales reports;
** Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline;
** Ensure achievement of sales targets;
** Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction;
** Follow company standard procedures.
Due to the specifics of the role, the selected candidate will be trained by our team.
