We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently looking for a Cost Controller in Tbilisi who will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the hotel`s costs, ensuring accurate inventory management and cost efficiency across all departments. The role involves overseeing stock levels, reviewing procurement and inventory processes, analyzing cost reports, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring that all cost control procedures align with hotel standards and operational needs.
Key responsibilities of the Cost Controller include, but are not limited to:
** Monitoring and controlling inventory levels across all storage areas and analyzing slow-moving items;
** Ensuring all procurement and purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures;
** Reviewing daily goods received and issued reports for accuracy and proper documentation;
** Verifying that all issued goods follow established procedures and timelines;
** Monitoring proper recording and allocation of all stock movements;
** Ensuring equipment used in procurement and storage processes is properly maintained and used correctly;
** Preparing weekly Food & Beverage cost reports for management;
** Conducting monthly inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies;
** Supporting effective internal control systems within procurement and cost management processes;
** Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards;
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
** Previous experience on Cost Controller position (hospitality experience is a plus);
** Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles;
** Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
** Experience with Excel and accounting/POS systems is an advantage;
** Ability to monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies;
** Strong organizational and time management skills;
** Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
** Good communication and teamwork skills;
** Good command of English;
