We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently looking for a Technician in Tbilisi responsible for performing maintenance and repair works, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment while supporting smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities of the Technician include, but are not limited to:
** Perform maintenance and repair works across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
** Carry out basic civil and finishing works such as plastering, tiling, and minor repairs.
** Respond to maintenance requests on time and complete tasks efficiently.
** Conduct routine inspections and report any issues.
** Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
** Update work orders and records in the system (CMMS).
** Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
** Coordinate with Engineering and other departments as required.
Qualifications:
** Technical education in engineering or construction is preferred.
** 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or similar role.
** Basic knowledge of civil, finishing, and repair works.
** Ability to use tools safely and follow instructions.
** Responsible and able to work independently or in a team.
