Talent Garden is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Junior Tax Consultant (German speaking).
We are seeking a Junior Tax Consultant for our client, a consulting firm serving German-speaking clients. The ideal candidate should have a desire to learn and evolve within the consulting industry. The role includes comprehensive training and a structured introduction to the field, providing a strong foundation for developing specialist expertise and deepening tax knowledge over time. A long-term commitment and interest in professional development are key to success in this position.
The team is made up of highly motivated professionals, including former Big 4 consultants (EY, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte) and ambitious university graduates. This role demands a high level of commitment and offers a steep learning curve, along with excellent career development opportunities.
Requirements:
** German language skills (at least intermediate level), with a focus on written communication, as verbal skills are less critical
** Good command of English
** Excellent university degree in law, business, or technical studies
** Some prior work experience is advantageous but not required (maximum 3 years of professional experience, as this is a junior position)
** Precise and detail-oriented work style
** Efficient and diligent work approach
Responsibilities:
** Preparation of tax returns (mostly for expats) and provision of tax advisory services
** Support financial managers in tax-related issues
** Conducting legal and tax research related to individuals and corporate entities
** Writing blog articles for the company`s website and supporting business development activities
