About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior Partners in a dynamic and fast-growing investment environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic initiatives across fund management, investment activities, and real estate projects.

Location: Batumi, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:

** Provide high-level administrative support to Partners, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
** Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
** Act as a liaison between Partners and internal/external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and local partners
** Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups
** Conduct research and compile data related to investments, market trends, and real estate opportunities in Georgia
** Assist with project coordination across investment and real estate activities
** Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
** Support office operations and contribute to improving internal processes
** Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

** Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
** Strong understanding of the local Georgian market, particularly in business, investment, or real estate sectors
** Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
** High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
** Strong written and verbal communication skills

Language Requirements:

** Fluency in Georgian and English (required)
** German and/or Russian (strong advantage)

Technical Skills:

** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
** Familiarity with document management systems and virtual communication tools

** Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
** Ability to work independently and under pressure
** High level of integrity and reliability
