Hogar Properties is Dubai based real estate company, recently opening branches in different countries, including Georgia. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our team on a remote basis.
Key responsibilities:
** Preparation and legal assessment of legal documents related to the company`s activities
** Drafting, analysis and identification of risks of internal regulations and contracts
** Providing legal recommendations to management
** Legal support of transactions and legal support of negotiations
** Management of judicial and administrative cases
** Ensuring corporate compliance with applicable legislation
** Assist the company in handling general coordination and organizational tasks related to legal operations with the clients, such as: moving to Georgia, Residency or similar; forming bank accounts, buying property etc.
Requirements:
** Very strong English skills (written and spoken) are required
** Excellent organizational and communication skills
** Ability to work independently and remotely
** A masters of Law or equivalent
Language skills:
** Knowledge of the Russian language is considered as an advantage
