We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently looking for a Night Manager in Front Office Department in Tbilisi who will be responsible for overseeing the hotel`s Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth service delivery, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities of the Night Manager include, but are not limited to:
** Overseeing the Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery;
** Performing and supervising the night audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, balanced, and properly recorded;
** Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and professional experience;
** Monitoring daily room revenue postings and ensuring accuracy in all guest accounts;
** Reconciling financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and city ledger accounts;
** Preparing daily reports, night audit summaries, and operational updates for management;
** Conducting regular inspections of public areas and key operational departments to ensure hotel standards are maintained;
** Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction;
** Personally welcoming and assisting VIP and long-stay guests;
** Ensuring all Front Office policies and procedures are followed during the shift;
** Coordinating effectively with other departments, including Housekeeping, Security, and Food & Beverage;
** Monitoring and ensuring proper operation of Front Office systems and contingency procedures;
** Supervising night shift staff and supporting their performance to ensure efficient operations;
** Ensuring proper shift handover with accurate communication of ongoing issues and updates;
** Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions;
** Ensuring safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed at all times;
** Supporting a culture of excellent guest service and teamwork across departments;
Qualifications:
** At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Front Office role within the hospitality industry;
** Previous experience in night operations or night audit will be considered an advantage;
** Strong understanding of Front Office procedures, guest services, and night audit processes;
** Good knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage;
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in financial reporting;
** Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently;
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
** Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction;
** Fluency in Georgian and English languages;
** Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems
