Nestlé Georgia is announcing the vacancy for the position of DSP &SCH Planner (Georgia).
Contract Duration: 18 months (project-based position with potential for extension)
Objective and Responsibilities:
The main objective is to plan, assess, and monitor all aspects of Planning within Supply Chain Management, using initial sales forecast analysis and production plans to ultimately meet customer demand by ensuring the required and optimal level of product inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
** Forecasting and Planning SO with the distributor and the Sales/CDT team by SKU
** Interacting with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments to understand demand forecasts
** Calculating and monitoring required stock levels for upcoming months/weeks
** Planning and Monitoring monthly SI value adjustments for the business
** SAP-Aligning forecasted demand with suppliers (Month -1 and Month -2). Planning supplies for the next 18 months
** Creating progress reports and presentations
** Analyzing sales, inventory, and other statistical data
** Monitoring product expiry dates (BBD) and communicating with Sales/CDT teams when necessary
** Controlling stock availability and inventory-related transactions at the distributor
** Coordinating with the distributor and the Nestlé team regarding product sets, new SKU launches, deliveries, promotions, etc.
Requirements:
** Higher education (preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business)
** Minimum of 3 years` experience in logistics (preferably in the FMCG sector)
** Advanced PC user (especially MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint)
** Experience with SAP systems
** Proficiency in Russian and English languages
** English language proficiency at a minimum Intermediate level
