An International Construction Company Prime Concrete LLC is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Deputy Project Manager (Planning).
Company:
Prime Concrete LLC specializes in marine and heavy civil infrastructure including port construction, piling, and reinforced concrete works.
Position Location: Poti
Project: PACE Berth 2
Salary and Benefits: competitive salary, health insurance, Housing will be provided.
Responsibilities:
** Develop and update detailed construction schedules
** Prepare short-term (3-week look-ahead) plans
** Monitor progress, delays, and critical activities
** Prepare reports, S-curves, and planning documentation
** Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors
** Support construction sequencing and logistics planning
Required Skills:
** Strong command of professional English (mandatory)
** Advanced MS Project skills and planning logic understanding
** Ability to analyse delays and prepare recovery schedules
** Strong reporting and documentation skills
** Understanding of construction processes and sequencing
** Experience with progress measurement and KPIs
** Good coordination and communication skills
** Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Requirements:
** Degree in Civil Engineering
** Minimum 5 years experience in planning or project controls
