BREADFIELD - McDonald`s Georgia Bun Production Facility is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Operations Manager.
About the Role
This role is designed for a technically strong and proactive professional who enjoys combining engineering expertise with operational leadership. The Technical Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of technical systems within the production facility, while supporting the continuous and stable operation of production processes.
The position focuses on building structured maintenance systems, strengthening preventive maintenance practices, and improving the overall organization of technical operations within the factory.
The Technical Operations Manager reports directly to the Head of Production, works in close collaboration with the Technical Engineer, and supervises a technical team of 5 employees (mechanics and electricians).
This position is best suited for candidates who are comfortable taking ownership of technical systems, leading a maintenance team, and making operational decisions in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
** Support production continuity through systematic analysis of technical processes
** Identify technical risks and develop preventive measure
** Plan preventive maintenance and repair activities in cooperation with the Technical Engineer
** Ensure reliable operation of production equipment, building systems, and supporting utilities
** Manage communication and negotiations with external contractors and energy suppliers
** Assign tasks to the technical team and monitor work execution
** Plan and manage employees` work schedules
** Oversee the completion and management of technical documentation
** Define, track, and analyse technical KPIs
** Plan and manage the technical department`s budget
** Control spare parts inventory and stock
** Organize and supervise inventory processes
** Coordinate internal and international audits related to the technical department
Qualification Requirements
** Bachelor`s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related field)
** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within a technical function
** Practical knowledge of production equipment operation and maintenance
** Experience managing a small technical team
** English language proficiency is required
