Glarros Old Town Hotel is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Executive.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional, who will be responsible for executing hotel sales activities and developing business relationships in accordance with the sales strategy defined by the Hotel Project Manager. This is a standalone sales position requiring a high level of independence, responsibility and professional sales skills.

The Sales Executive will report directly to the Hotel Project Manager, who defines the commercial strategy and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

** Execute the sales strategy defined by the Hotel Project Manager
** Develop corporate, travel trade and group business for the hotel
** Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and partners
** Prepare contracts, rate agreements and commercial offers
** Use Opera PMS for reservations, group blocks, profiles and reporting
** Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing levels
** Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
** Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
** Work closely with Front Office and Reservations to ensure proper execution of bookings.

Mandatory Requirements:

** Proven experience in international / branded hotel chain
** Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS (mandatory)
** Previous experience in Hotel Sales / Corporate Sales / Reservations / Revenue / Front Office
** Ability to work independently as the only Sales team member
** Strong negotiation and communication skills
** Result-oriented and responsible personality
** English - fluent or good working level
** MS Office - good user level.
