We at LuckySlots are looking for a Key Account Manager to build relationships that matter and are ongoing with our most valued users. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service and interaction with our VIP players as their lead contact and providing an unmatched experience.
Responsibilities:
** Engage with VIP players via email.
** Respond promptly to VIP inquiries.
** Track VIP player activity daily.
** VIP awarding
** Provide individual support for encouraging player satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
** High English proficiency (C-level).
** Excellent written communication skills.
** High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
** Laptop required
Work Schedule:
** Shift-based schedule (including nights): 12:00-20:00 / 20:00-04:00.
** The job is fully remote.
Remuneration:
** Salary: €700/month
** Bonus: up to €200/month
** Preferred Experience:
Past experience working as a customer service representative, account manager, or a VIP service role is an asset but not required.
