Permanent Position - Mobile Growth Marketing - CRM/Customer Engagement & Monetization

We are looking for a CRM & Monetization Specialist to join our growth team and support Scalebay`s expansion.

Scalebay is a fast-growing mobile growth consultancy helping apps scale sustainably.

You will be a perfect fit if you enjoy working on the in-app funnel, improving conversion rates, and designing lifecycle strategies that turn installs into engaged and paying users.

In this position you will:

** Design and optimize user lifecycle and retention strategies for mobile apps
** Build and manage CRM flows (push, email, in-app) using tools like OneSignal or Customer.io
** Analyze conversion funnels fr om first app open to purchase and identify growth opportunities
** Audit and optimize paywalls and subscription setups using tools such as RevenueCat
** Define and run A/B tests on pricing, paywalls, onboarding and messaging
** Monitor and improve key metrics such as CVR, ARPU, retention and revenue
** Work closely with developers and product teams to implement CRM and monetization features
** Support clients with data analysis, dashboards and performance reporting

Minimum And Preferred Qualifications:

** Strong interest in mobile apps, Customer Engagement, Funnel, CRM and/or subscription monetization
** 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product growth or monetization
** Experience with tools such as Braze, Clevertap, Hubspot, OneSignal, Customer.io, RevenueCat, Amplitude,
** Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data analysis and funnel metrics
** Professional and fluent English (written and spoken) - French is a plus
** Great communication skills, both internal and client facing
** Proactive, positive and solution-oriented
** Comfortable working in a small team and fast-paced environment
** Used to iterating quickly, integrating feedback and running experiments
** Familiar with AI tools as part of a modern workflow
