Position: Head of Marketing
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Reporting To: Director of the Company
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Position summary:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining, driving and executing the overall marketing strategy for our company across operational countries. Leading a small, high-impact team, this role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can manage diverse market needs, ensure brand consistency and deliver measurable growth in foot traffic, online engagement and sales performance across all markets. This is a critical role in scaling our brand`s presence and performance in an international environment.

1.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Planning

** Develop and own the overarching global marketing strategy, aligned with the company`s business goals and expansion plans.
** Translate the global strategy into actionable, market-specific marketing plans (e.g., promotional calendars, product launches, seasonal campaigns) for each operating country.
** Define key marketing objectives and metrics (KPIs) for the team and different markets, ensuring clear targets for ROI and brand health.
** Budget Management: Oversee the entire marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and markets to maximize impact and efficiency.

2. Team Management and Development:

** Lead, mentor and motivate a small, dedicated marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.
** Manage day-to-day team operations, delegating tasks and projects across different markets and specializations.
** Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous coaching to ensure the team meets its objectives.

3. Multi-Market Execution and Localization

** Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email), in-store/retail, PR and local partnerships.
** Ensure brand consistency globally while allowing for necessary localization to resonate with specific cultural nuances and consumer behavior in different countries.
** Work closely with local retail/operations teams in each country to ensure effective in-store campaign implementation and feedback loops.
** Identify opportunities for cross-market best practice sharing and synergy.

4. Digital Marketing and E-commerce

** Drive the digital marketing strategy to increase online visibility and generate foot traffic to physical stores.
** Oversee the performance of key digital channels, including paid media, social media content and website/e-commerce platforms.
** Implement and manage a robust CRM strategy to drive customer loyalty, retention and lifetime value across markets.

5. Reporting and Analysis

** Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of all marketing activities and campaigns against agreed-upon KPIs.
** Utilize data and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization in future campaigns.
** Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
** Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
** Proven experience in retail marketing is essential.
** Demonstrated experience managing marketing efforts across multiple international markets/countries.
** Strategic and Analytical Thinker: Ability to transition between high-level strategy and detailed execution, using data to inform decisions.
** Leadership and Coaching: Exceptional ability to lead and develop a small, high-performing team.
** Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies.
** Hands-on Approach: Comfortable being a working manager, willing to roll up sleeves and execute tasks as needed within a small team structure.
** Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Social Media platforms).
** Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in other languages is a strong asset.
