We are looking for experienced Media Network Manager (6-month maternity cover) who can embrace the love life attitude of Red Bull, identify the best stories, create differentiated content for most relevant 3rd party, Social (TikTok, IG, Facebook…) and Owned Media channels, work closely with athletes and creators in different fields and meet brand`s long and short term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Red Bull`s overall business objectives for Red Bull events (sports, culture), media and athletes` projects, and brand marketing. Work closely with the marketing, sports, and brand departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels.
** Lead all aspects and stages of content development, production, programming, communications, and content distribution. Collaborate closely with the production agencies.
** Build strong relationships with key media and identify brand-relevant creators to grow earned media outcomes.
** Drive in-depth analysis of performance metrics and actively manage events and the overall media network budgets.
** Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, analytical thinking, and creativity by guiding teams, making data-driven decisions, and driving innovative media strategies.
Knowledge and expertise:
** Bachelor`s degree in communications, journalism, or marketing
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English
** Proven experience (2-3+ years) in communications/media, social media, content production or creator marketing agencies
** Strong knowledge of the local media landscape with a track record of delivering impactful, content-driven communications projects
** Solid expertise in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and digital marketing, with proficiency in social media tools for publishing, listening, and reporting
** Good knowledge of sports is an advantage
