About the Role:
"Domus Development" is expanding its Finance team and is looking for two FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis).
In this role, you will work closely with management, helping turn financial data into insights that support major business decisions and long-term growth.
Office Address: 3 Kavsadze Street
Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 10:00 - 18:00
Main Responsibilities:
** Lead preparation and management of the company`s budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
** Collaborate with department heads to improve financial planning and forecasting processes.
** Conduct advanced financial analysis to identify performance trends and business risks.
** Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports with actionable insights.
** Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
** Lead financial analyses related to M&A opportunities and valuation exercises.
** Develop, improve and automate financial dashboards and reporting tools.
Key Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
** 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
** Experience in real estate development and/or banking will be considered an advantage.
** Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analytical tools.
** Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
** Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
