About the Role:
Episode Hotels is seeking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Reservations & Brand Reputation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, coordinating booking details, and providing exceptional service to ensure that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage OTA Reservation Accuracy:
** Coordinate Reservations for Companies and Individuals:
** Prepare Invoices and Monitor Payments:
** Enhance Loyalty Program & Customer Satisfaction:
** Manage Transportation Requests:
** Create Promo Codes and Manage Sales:
** Monitor/Improve Communication Channels and Feedback:
** Collaborate with Sales Team for Revenue Optimization:
** Analyze Market Trends and Implement Improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
** Strong organizational and communication skills.
** Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality preferred.
** Work experience with OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.
** Strong communication and customer service skills.
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
** Knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and policies.
** English B2
