Zip To Zip Moving is looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not about posting — it`s about driving growth, authority, and leads.
If you think beyond aesthetics and always ask "Why are we posting this?" — this role is for you.
Platforms You`ll Manage:
** TikTok
** Instagram
** Facebook
** LinkedIn
You should deeply understand how each platform works, what type of content performs on each, and how to tailor messaging accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop content strategy & monthly planning
** Set clear goals (growth, leads, authority positioning)
** Build content pillars and communication direction
** Work closely with paid media specialist to align organic & paid strategy and hit KPIs
** Collaborate with designers and provide clear content direction per platform
** Identify and implement trends that drive engagement and reach
** Lead and guide the Social Media Specialist
** Track performance, analyze results, and optimize content strategy
** Develop multiple content lines across different channels
Executional Excellence:
** Reel ideation & high-retention scriptwriting (talking-head format)
** Strong hooks & emotional storytelling
** Caption writing, posting & optimization
** Organic growth strategies
** Community management & engagement
** Analytics, reporting & performance reviews
Video editing & basic design skills are a strong plus.
We`re Looking For Someone Who:
** Thinks strategically, not tactically
** Understands emotional storytelling & audience psychology
** Knows how to create strong hooks and retention-driven scripts
** Is structured, reliable, and consistent
** Has experience managing creative & advertising teams
** Understands performance metric
** Experience working with marketing technologies, digital tools, performance analytics platforms is a strong plus.
