We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of our first hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.

As we prepare to launch this exciting new destination, we are building a passionate and forward-
thinking team who will help shape the hotel`s identity from the very beginning.

We are currently looking for an Executive Chef to lead culinary concept development, menu creation, and pre-opening kitchen operations, working closely with internal teams to support a successful launch and strong market positioning.

Key responsibilities of the Executive Chef include, but are not limited to:

** Leading and overseeing all culinary operations to ensure high food quality, consistency, and compliance with hotel and brand standards;
** Leading menu development, recipe creation, and menu engineering across all outlets, banquets, and employee dining;
** Aligning culinary activities with corporate strategy and supporting hotel action plans;
** Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest feedback and complaints professionally;
** Managing food cost, inventory, recipes, product specifications, and supporting cost control and audit processes;
** Maximizing kitchen productivity through effective staffing, multi-skilling, scheduling, and workflow optimization;
** Monitoring seasonal and new products to ensure competitive, innovative, and high-quality culinary offerings;
** Conducting regular tastings and quality checks of food served across all outlets, banquets, and employee dining;
** Overseeing stewarding operations to ensure kitchen hygiene standards, proper use and maintenance of equipment, and efficient dishwashing operations;
** Collaborating closely with Food & Beverage, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth culinary and operational workflows;
** Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, fire, and occupational health & safety regulations;
** Leading, training, and developing culinary teams through coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and structured training programs;
** Overseeing recruitment, scheduling, grooming standards, and performance management of all culinary associates;
** Supporting audits, inspections, and implementation of corrective actions where required;
** Working collaboratively with hotel leadership to support overall hotel success and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

** 4-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef within the hospitality or luxury hotel environment, preferably within an international hotel chain;
** Culinary degree or professional qualification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field;
** Strong expertise in menu development, food quality control, and kitchen operations across outlets and banqueting;
** Proven experience in food cost control, inventory management, recipe standardization, and budgeting;
** Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and occupational health & safety standards and local regulations;
** Strong leadership and people management skills, including training, coaching, and team development;
** Understanding of overall hotel operations and the guest journey;
** Fluency in Georgian and English; additional languages are a plus
