Royal Tulip Hotel and Casino is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Corporate Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business.
** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
** Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
** Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients.
** Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure client satisfaction.
** Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
** Present daily report for sales call.
Required Qualifications:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
** Experience: Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry "2+ years of experience".
** B2 level of English proficiency (spoken).
Skills:
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
** Experience in a five-star hotel environment.
** Existing network of corporate clients in the hospitality industry.
** Familiarity with local and international market trends.
