About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing expertise to lead the company`s marketing function and strengthen our market presence.
This is a marketing-first role, with a strong focus on digital channels, performance marketing, content strategy, and lead generation. Sales-related activities are secondary and support marketing-driven pipelines, conversion, and overall business development.
The role suits someone who understands consulting and professional services marketing and is comfortable operating in an international, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
** Develop and execute a digital-first marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
** Own and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO, performance marketing)
** Plan and manage lead generation and demand creation campaigns
** Oversee content creation for LinkedIn, website, presentations, events, and thought leadership
** Manage marketing analytics and performance tracking, preparing reports and optimizing ROI
** Conduct market and competitor research within consulting and professional services markets
** Lead brand positioning and messaging consistency across all platforms
** Manage PR, visibility, and marketing initiatives, including events and partnerships
Sales Enablement & Lead Support (Secondary Focus)
** Support business development through qualified lead generation and nurturing
** Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to improve conversion and pipeline quality
** Maintain and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools
** Prepare marketing insights and materials to support client acquisition
Skills & Competencies
** Strong expertise in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
** Proven experience in performance marketing, social media strategy, and content-driven growth
** Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, KPIs, and campaign optimization
** Ability to translate data into clear, actionable marketing decisions
** Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
** Strong project management and organizational abilities
** Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
** Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems)
** Experience in consulting, professional services, or advisory businesses is a strong advantage
** Willingness and ability to travel for events, meetings, and international initiatives
Requirements:
Languages
** Fluent in English
** One additional language is highly preferable
Experience
** Minimum 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
** Background in consulting or professional services is an advantage
Working Conditions
** Working hours: 09:30 - 18:30
** Probation period: 6 months
