Job Description - UI Designer (Remote)
Marketcolor has an exciting opening for a UI designer to join our team on a freelance basis, specialising in creative marketing landing pages with infographics.
As a UI Designer, your role will involve crafting intuitive and engaging website experiences for largely finance-based content. You will prioritise user-centric design to meet client objectives while ensuring a seamless user journey. The role requires a passionate and self-starting team player who demonstrates a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

** Have experience in creating and executing innovative website layouts and user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
** Can collaborate effectively with a web design team to ensure accurate and feasible design implementation.
** Develop wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
** Offer design assistance for updates, enhancements, and new features on existing web properties.
** Engage in the creative process from inception to delivery, maintaining a consistent brand experience.
** Adhere to project briefs while delivering results that exceed client expectations.
** Demonstrate a passion for incorporating diverse influences into typography, illustration, and design projects.
** Take initiative when managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
** Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset that excels in challenging situations.
Core Requirements:
** Demonstrate proficiency with web design, crafting aesthetically pleasing and innovative user experiences.
** Extensive utilisation of Figma in previous projects.
** Proficient communication skills to work with a creative team and to action client feedback effectively.
** Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
** An extensive portfolio that showcases diverse projects with an emphasis on brand identity and image making.
** Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
** An agile approach to working across a varying and eclectic range of projects simultaneously.
** Experience of working on projects that have connected a brand with its audience.
** A good level of written and verbal English.
