Legalese Georgia is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive, articulate, and relationship-driven professional who can confidently represent our vending services to universities across Tbilisi.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Schedule: Flexible / No strict working hours (remote-friendly)
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify, approach, and negotiate with universities and educational institutions for vending machine placement.
** Conduct on-site campus assessments to determine high-traffic machine locations.
** Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with university administration and staff.
** Communicate professionally across email, phone, and in-person meetings.
** Present our vending services clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
** Organize and manage visit schedules, follow-ups, and weekly activity reports.
** Explain basic technical requirements of vending machines (electricity, placement, payment systems).
** Solve potential challenges related to location, logistics, or partner concerns.
** Use digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and simple reporting dashboards.
** Make regular field visits to universities throughout Tbilisi.
Qualifications & Requirements:
** 2-3 years of proven sales, business development, or partnership acquisition experience (B2B preferred).
** Strong communication skills in English and Georgian.
** Demonstrated ability to close deals and handle negotiations confidently.
** Professional appearance and behavior suitable for university meetings.
** Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
** Organized and reliable with good time-management habits.
** Basic understanding (or ability to quickly learn) vending machine technical needs.
** Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to offer practical solutions.
** Comfortable working independently, remotely, and without fixed office hours.
